Designed by cancer specialists, the Cancer Coach Program has education, support and behaviour change components that assist you to take control of your cancer care and achieve better outcomes.
At Vivo we know that cancer touches everyone, and so should cancer care.
We’ve partnered with Osara Health (formerly CancerAid) to provide access to the Cancer Coach Program. Osara Health empowers individuals living with cancer through empathy and technology.
Take back control through:
- one-on-one sessions with a dedicated health coach
- purposeful and manageable goal setting for cancer care management such as symptom tracking, sleep, diet, etc
- general wellbeing advice on mindfulness, exercise, etc
- resources to help you make positive behaviour change
- access to the program app to track your symptoms and join a community where you can learn from others’ experiences, and
- further support on employment planning and resetting your relationship with work (if applicable).
