Being off work due to injury or illness can significantly impact our emotional well-being. This period of change and adjustment often increases stress and anxiety. Confidential Recovery Support by Navigator Group (NG) is a personalised service designed to help you quickly return to your normal life.

This confidential telehealth service provides access to qualified health professionals who will guide you through your recovery and help you get back to doing what you love most.

Confidential Recovery Support (by NG) is a fully independent health provider. They will contact you at a convenient time, understand your situation, and provide ongoing support and a safe space to discuss any frustrations and barriers that may arise during your recovery journey.

Through Confidential Recovery Support, you’ll be empowered to take charge of your recovery with strategies and coaching you’ll learn along the way.

Who has access to this service?

If you have access to Vivo through your insurance, you can use this service if you’ve started to make a claim or already have an accepted claim. This applies to claims for Income Protection, Total and Permanent Disability, or Critical Illness insurance covers.

Duration

The service typically lasts 12 weeks, though this may vary slightly depending on your individual needs and circumstances.

Who does this service suit?

Confidential Recovery Support is suitable for those diagnosed with a physical injury or illness who may require additional support to manage their recovery.

What to expect

This telehealth service is designed to help you navigate your recovery and provide a safe space to talk.

Calls with your Confidential Recovery Support coach are not shared with the insurer. The service is entirely private and confidential.

Vivo services are available at no additional cost to those insured by Acenda. You may also have Vivo available to you if your employer/super fund has a partnership with us*.
