While making a claim, you’ll be connected with a qualified exercise physiologist to develop and implement a plan designed to guide your recovery.

Plans are developed with a strong focus on educating and empowering customers towards confidence and self-efficacy for long-term self-management. Get advice on how to restore optimal function, maintain health and wellness, and manage a broad range of physical and mental health issues.

If you have access to Vivo through your insurance, you can access this service during the claims process. This service is provided and approved based on suitability.

What to expect

Our trusted service providers will facilitate a tailored, evidence-based physical activity plan. They’ll focus on educating and empowering you to manage your health in an ongoing way.

Getting started

You undergo an initial assessment and then work in person or virtually to develop a plan.

Reviewing your progress

Subsequent supervised reviews are conducted through both in-person and Telehealth consultations.

Reporting your success

A final report will be completed at the end of the service, outlining your progress made to date. With guidance for you to take independent control of your program in the future
