Who has access to this service?

If you have access to Vivo through your insurance, you may be able to use this service if you’re about to make a claim, are on claim, or are awaiting a claim decision. It is provided and approved based on suitability.

Who does this service suit?

Best suits those who’ve sustained an injury who might benefit from additional ergonomic/equipment support to get back to work. This service is subject to a suitability assessment and works alongside support provided by an individual’s employer.

What to expect

From identifying your needs, to your appointment and report.

Initial assessment

After reaching out to the Vivo team, we’ll check you meet our initial assessment criteria before putting you in touch with our Internal Recovery team to discuss your situation.

Getting in touch with an expert

If required, you’ll be referred to one of our trusted and experienced external occupational rehab providers, located throughout Australia.

Booking an appointment

An appointment will then be scheduled at your convenience to either conduct this via a face-to-face assessment or virtually.

Receiving your report

You’ll receive a series of recommendations, as well as a useful report outlining equipment to support your illness, injury and return to work.

Getting started with Vivo

Vivo services are available at no additional cost to those insured by MLC Life Insurance. You may also have Vivo available to you if your employer/super fund has a partnership with us*.
