While it’ll firstly improve your potential to return to work, it may also help improve your quality of life and reconnect you with your community.

You’ll learn to combat social isolation, improve the day-to-day management of your health and wellbeing, and sustain employment while managing your medical condition.

Who has access to this service?

If you have access to Vivo through your insurance, you may be able to use this service if you’re about to make a claim, are on claim, or are awaiting a claim decision. It is provided and approved based on suitability.

Rehab Guidance is tailored to individual needs and program durations vary depending on your situation.

Who does this service suit?

This service suits those needing support achieving their wellness goals or wanting to return to work after illness or injury. It may also suit those looking to improve their quality of life.

What to expect

Rehab Guidance is available face-to-face or online – with some services even available through a mobile app. You’ll be connected with a network of experienced and dedicated professionals, including social workers, rehabilitation counsellors, psychologists and exercise physiologists, as well as recruitment and employment consultants.

Vivo services are available at no additional cost to those insured by MLC Life Insurance. You may also have Vivo available to you if your employer/super fund has a partnership with us*.
